Objective
Through 30+ years of research, program development and implementation, experienced social work clinician and educator has developed a common-sense, skill-based, successful curricula to assist youth to overcome a variety of issues and successfully transition to adulthood and is seeking to train and mentor interested organizations in the Brothers of Kwanzaa Model.

Served on both Graduate and Undergraduate Boards at UW-Milwaukee

Trainer of professional colleagues for 23 years in areas of youth development, cultural awareness, crisis intervention, and psychotherapeutic intervention

Trained/certified in Brief Family Treatment, MI, RBT, Reality Therapy, crisis, group dynamics, de-escalation, Trauma-Informed Care, diversity issues, and clinical supervision 



Accomplishments 
University Wisconsin Milwaukee— instructor and adjunct instructor in social Work; field supervisor; Field Instructors’ Advisory Board president for undergraduate SW students 

Wisconsin-licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker since 1979
